Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place the items in their original Artsy Silver gift box and secure them within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
